Role Overview:
The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in the daily administrative tasks of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining employee records. Your contribution will be key to running a smooth and efficient HR operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
